Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy uses practical, modern and well-researched neuroscience strategies to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time.
During a therapeutic session you will not lose awareness or control but conversely be in a heightened state of awareness. A deeply relaxed state allows the client to tap into their internal resources to work towards a solution, and not be solely reliant on the wisdom and skill of the therapist.
The process begins with a free 60 minute Initial Consultation where we explore your concerns and also explain the methodology of Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy. This explanation will include an outline of the neuroscience behind brain based therapy.
If you feel that Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy can be helpful, we will arrange a follow-up meeting. In Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy to create momentum on the path to change, it is recommended that these meeting take place weekly.
On average it takes 8 to 10 sessions but can be shorter or longer. My philosophy is for you to pay session by session rather than ask you to commit to a bundle of sessions. Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and the client is able to curtail the sessions whenever they feel it is appropriate to their circumstance.
