Yoga

I have been practising yoga for fifteen years and qualified to teach ten years ago whilst I was living and working in Los Angeles.

My teaching endeavours to simplify postures and make them accessible for every level of ability and is firmly rooted in the belief that yoga postures accompanied by a strong breath practice, opens up the body as well as the mind.

As an avid runner, tennis and squash player, I have found yoga to be hugely beneficial not only to my sporting performance but also my mental well-being in all facets of my life.

I teach Vinyasa Flow group classes for all levels of experience and ability. I also offer one to one sessions for people who want to enhance their practice.
